As a Leader, I have learned by experience that the degree of my accomplishments is a direct result of how successful I have been able to Master my thoughts and Actions. In other words, if a man cannot master himself in all respect, he cannot master or lead others successfully.

Another secret of greatness I have discovered through research and biographies is the ability to blend the natural powers of the Body, Soul (Mind, Intellectual, Memory, Emotions), and the Spirit. These three are what make a complete man. Hence there's a need for us to be able to harness these powers and make it work for our greatness.
